Job Overview
We are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist (PPC) with strong experience in
regional markets where Yandex plays a key role, to take full ownership of our paid media
strategy and execution across multiple platforms.
This is a high-impact role for a data-driven marketer who excels at scaling paid campaigns,
optimizing conversion funnels, and turning performance insights into sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Campaign Management
• Own strategy, setup, execution, and optimization of paid campaigns across Google
Ads, Bing Ads, Yandex Direct, Meta Ads, and Native Ad Networks (Taboola, Outbrain,
etc.)
• Identify opportunities to expand into additional platforms such as LinkedIn Ads
when relevant
• Build platform- and region-specific campaign structures, keyword strategies, and
bidding models

Performance Optimization
• Continuously test, optimize, and scale campaigns through A/B testing, audience
segmentation, creative iteration, and funnel analysis
• Improve core performance metrics including CPL, CPA, and ROAS
• Leverage Yandex-specific auction mechanics, algorithms, and quality factors to
maximize performance
Conversion Tracking & Analytics
• Ensure accurate conversion tracking and attribution using Google Tag Manager and
GA4
• Set up and manage Yandex Metrica, including goals, events, and behavioral insights
• Analyze attribution models and user journeys to inform optimization decisions

Budget Management
• Own budget planning and allocation across platforms to maximize ROI
• Strategically manage testing and scaling budgets

Reporting & Insights
• Build and maintain actionable reports and dashboards (preferably via Looker
Studio)
• Translate performance data into clear insights and strategic recommendations for
stakeholders

Collaboration
• Work closely with design and copy teams when needed to develop high-performing
ad creatives and landing pages tailored to regional audiences

Requirements
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing / PPC across major paid
platforms
• Strong practical experience with Yandex Direct, alongside Google Ads and Meta Ads
• Proven track record of delivering measurable results in competitive markets (CPL,
CPA, ROAS)
• Advanced expertise in conversion tracking, pixel/tag implementation, and datadriven optimization
• Solid knowledge of GA4, GTM, and A/B testing methodologies
• Highly analytical mindset with the ability to turn performance data into strategic
actions
• Self-starter with strong ownership mentality, able to work independently while
collaborating cross-functionally
• Excellent communication skills and a passion for growth marketing

Highly Preferred
• Previous experience in SaaS, cloud, or hosting companies in a similar role
